What nutrition slogan would you recommend?

I entered this poster making slogan contest at school and I really need help with the slogan part. The theme is "Proper Nutrition is Needed, Lifestyle Diseases' Prevention" or something like that. The rules also states that the slogan must be composed of 4-10 words excluding articles.
