I have just stated new businesit is and I have selected a company slogan for the same. How can I find out that whether it is a new slogan or already used. Is it illegal to use a slogan already used by other company? Please help|||You can do a search here. If it doesn't come up, you're in the clear!
http://www.uspto.gov/|||Google the slogan, it will come up if someone is already using it.
